- Return our phone calls and paperwork in a timely manner
- Communicate with us...including complaints. If there is an issue on something, please let us know. We can’t read minds!
- Schedule an annual review. Whether we are ’up’ or ’down’, we think you deserve to hear how you’re doing in an annual client meeting. We prefer to have these face-to-face, but when geographically necessary we are happy to send out materials and schedule a phone review
- Refer others to us that you believe would be a good fit for both them and us
